Effects on the Delivery System in Social Welfare Service on the Customer Satisfaction for the elderly: Emphasis on Mediation Effects of Job Satisfaction

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of delivery system in social welfare service on customer satisfaction for the elderly and mediation effects of job satisfaction. The delivery system in social welfare service consists in professionalism, reasonableness, accessibility, integration, accountability. The professionalism, reasonableness, accessibility associated with service satisfaction for the elderly. The subject of the study were 125 officials in Goyang, Namyangju, Paju city hall and the aged over 61 who have experiences of receiving in social welfare service across Goyang, Namyangju, Paju city hall. Analysis of questionnaire research was utilized SPSS WIN 12.0 Korean version program and Amos 6.0 in analyzing data. And Frequency, Means and Crosstabulation, Regression of analysis were enforced to verify differences of recognition among the respondents. As a result of analyzing, pofessionalism and accountability showed directly correlation significantly on the Job satisfaction of officials. And accountability showed directly correlation significantly on the service satisfaction for the elderly. Based on these results, policy recommendations were as follows. First, social welfare officials to secure the expertise of universities and other educational institutions using the related education and welfare services. Second, the service delivery system in the central and local government responsibilities should be clear beneficiaries of the limit on the post-management.
